1% LIST- For local Sellers looking to downsize, upgrade, or make a lateral move this is YOUR program. OBRE’s 1% List offers Sellers a 2% list discount provided they are buying a replacement property being represented by OBRE. All photography cost are separate. All transactions charged $549 Broker Fee plus $550 Concierge Fee.
