OBRE’s 1% Local Move Credit offers Sellers a competitive value with a 2% listing agent commission and recommended Buyer’s Agent commission of 3%, provided the replacement property is paying a cooperating Broker commission of 3%. The property being sold must have a minimum sales price of $700,000, and the replacement property must have a higher purchase price than the property being sold.
