We've worked with several real estate agents across two states — some great, some genuinely terrible — and Olivia is the best we've ever had. It's not close.
What sets her apart is something rare: she will always tell you the truth, and she does it in a way that makes you feel completely supported rather than discouraged. She's not going to let you walk into something blind, but she's also never harsh about it. You just always know she's in your corner.
That same quality shows up in how she negotiates. She is an absolute bulldog — she will not leave money on the table — but she manages to do it without creating friction or bad blood with the other party. I still don't fully understand how she pulls that off, but she does, consistently.
We used her for both a sale and a purchase in the same year, and walked away from both transactions feeling like we got the best possible outcome — honestly, better than we thought possible going in. Her communication throughout was excellent, and she was responsive even while traveling on vacation (though I feel a little guilty about that).

Olivia toured our Austin home just a couple months after two previous realtors. She noticed all the features of the property that we value far quicker and with more insight than the previous realtors. She quickly came up with a strategy that was both unique and effective. We ended up selling quickly using her strategy and at nearly double the price suggested by the previous two realtors. Since then, we have trusted Olivia and OBRE with several other real estate transactions, including buying raw land; because, at this point, we will not enter any real estate transaction without Olivia and OBRE team supporting us. Our family got to know Olivia when she was still working for a new construction builder. She was the only reason we bought our first home.
